What was scheduled as an in-person training quickly shifted to a free and open virtual workshop on “How to Win Government Contracts” hosted by the Public Spend Forum. To help facilitate this workshop, The Pulse of GovCon utilized a 2017 Federal solicitation and walked through the components and order of operations used when creating an annotated federal proposal outline.
