“…The Pulse heavily assisted our client in the creation, management, and submission of the market research…”
The Pulse developed a targeted Federal business development plan in order to assist a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) in not only identifying potential opportunities under their GSA Schedule, but enable them to win their first Federal Prime contract.
After finalizing the client’s targeted Federal business development plan – The Pulse worked with the client to put it into action. Through the application of this plan and the client’s parameters, we identified and alerted our client to a new market research opportunity. From that first identification, The Pulse heavily assisted our client in the creation, management, and submission of the market research – including identification and integration of a subcontractor/partner. We then assisted them with the following, official Request for Information (RFI) response, and finally the Request for Quote (RFQ) response. The client was downselected from the RFP process and invited to the final Orals presentation. The Pulse then provided tailored training to the client’s team (to include subcontractor and key personnel) in order to adequately prepare for their oral presentation – a first for our client and the subcontractor.
Our client was successful and was issued a contract award under a multiple-award BPA valued at $1M – not only growing their portfolio with the addition of a new Federal customer, but their first Federal Prime contract and first GSA Schedule purchase. To date, our client has been awarded more than three task orders (with seven pending award) due to their impressive response to customer needs.
Let The Pulse of GovCon supplement your existing internal federal business development workforce.
