The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District is hosting a two-hour virtual industry event at 0900 hours PST on 6 July 2026 to provide a project update and to gather industry input as it evaluates project construction risks, industry capabilities, and strategies for the project below:

Firms who respond to this announcement by completing the above listed RSVP/Survey form will be provided the presentation slides following the event. It is also requested each firm provide responses to a questionnaire to be launched at the conclusion of the event. Responses will be considered for use in the solicitation development.
