(a) A virtual industry day meeting will be held as indicated below:

2. MSFC anticipates hosting one-on-one meetings focused on the DRFP with interested parties during December 10-17, 2025. Due to time constraints, one-on-one meetings will be limited to parties intending to serve as a prime contractor for the ESSCA II effort. Parties intending to serve as a prime contractor for the ESSCA II effort may request a one-on-one meeting by contacting the Contracting Officer, Sadie Moulton (sadie.m.moulton@nasa.gov) no later than December 8, 2025, 2:00 p.m., Central Time.

3. Industry questions on the DRFP and Virtual Industry Day content must be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than 2:00p.m., Central Time, on December 15, 2025. When responding reference 80MSFC26R0002 in the subject line.

4. For interested party schedule planning purposes, the Government does not anticipate releasing the final ESSCA II RFP prior to the end of calendar year 2025.
