The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is seeking information regarding the interest, capability, and availability of qualified construction contractors to perform the “Repair Building 2008” located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA. This sources-sought notice is a tool to identify businesses with the capability to accomplish contract requirements and is for information/market research purposes only and does not obligate the Government or Contractor in any way. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice, or any follow-up information. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.

In conjunction with this Sources Sought, the Government will host an Industry Day at Building 2008, JBLM. The event is scheduled for 29 July 2026, starting at 9:00 AM and concluding at approximately 12:00 PM.
