he U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District in conjunction with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (MoD) intends to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference to receive feedback from Industry and to facilitate potential teaming of U.S. Prime Contractors and Israeli Sub-Contractors. The objective of the Pre-Solicitation Conference is to provide a briefing of the CH-53K Project, unofficial open forum question and answer, and one-on-one face-to-face unofficial discussions with Prime Contractors. A forthcoming amendment for this Pre-Solicitation Conference will include a draft Solicitation, draft 95% drawings, draft specifications, and a Bidder Inquiry Key. Any questions and answers provided at the conference will need to be restated in ProjNet.
