The Industry Day consists of written responses, one-on-one meetings with the PPA, or both. Interested participants must register with the points of contact (POCs) according to the Registration Deadline and Instructions (see Section 3).

• Written Responses: All registered participants are welcome to submit an overview of their capability and value proposition design focused on Third Party Insurance and Claim Adjustment Services for household goods packing, shipping, storage, and delivery (no more than 10 pages, 11- point font) to the Registration POCs. Any written responses must be provided no later than Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT. 2
• Demonstrations/Presentations: All registered participants may request the opportunity to demonstrate and/or present their third-party insurance and claim adjustment capability and value proposition design to the PPA. Participants must request to conduct a one-on-one presentation in their registration submission. Only one presentation per company. The PPA will distribute the local venue address, individual one-on-one schedules, and allotted time slots to in-person attendees once registration closes.
