Information gathered will support the development of an acquisition strategy and finalizing documents.

Industry Engagement for Industry Day: This Industry Day is designed to serve as a key component of our market research and to strengthen collaboration between government and industry. Rather than limiting participation to passive observation, the event will feature interactive sessions intended to provide mutual value. Vendors will be encouraged to identify and communicate any differing site conditions to ensure alignment with government requirements.

The event will also offer opportunities for vendors to ask clarifying questions regarding the complex specifications either in group discussions or one-on-one sessions. Engagement with end users and facility managers will further enhance understanding of operational needs, promote transparency, and improve the quality of the end product.
