A virtual Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, 18 Mar 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. & Thursday, 19 Mar 2026 at 9:00 AM EST. Participation is voluntary, and if you are unable to attend, you will still be able to participate in any request for proposal that may generate as a result of this activity. The USG intends to conduct breakout sessions immediately following the conclusion of the presentation, limited to 15 minutes per vendor.

To secure your place in the Virtual Industry Day, hosted via MS Teams, please send an email request to arenina.sullivan-jones@us.af.mil and tanner.reed.2@us.af.mil to include the participants (maximum of 4), and if you are requesting a breakout session (also restricted to 4). These requests must be received no later than 4:00PM EST on 11 March 2026.
