This pre-solicitation announcement is to advise members of the public interested in leasing with the National Park Service (NPS) of a Leasing Industry Day in preparation for a future lease solicitation of four buildings located at Fort Cronkhite within the Marin Headlands in Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

The NPS will conduct the Leasing Industry Day in two parts: a virtual information session and an in-person site visit.

The virtual information session will provide a high-level overview of the facilities that the NPS is considering for a lease, a summary of the NPS leasing process, and expectations related to adaptive reuse of historic facilities. The site visit will walk attendees in and around each of the buildings considered for a future leasing solicitation.

Those who are interested in learning more about this opportunity can attend one or both parts of the Leasing Industry Day, with participation encouraged at both. Attendance at the event does not require a response to a future lease solicitation. The NPS will record, respond in writing, and post publicly any questions asked as a part of this process.

• In-person Site Visit: Februrary 25, 2026, 1:00-3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) at Fort Cronkhite.
