The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District (NWS), is hosting an Industry Day on September 19, 2025. The government is seeking interested, qualified, and experienced sources capable of performing this work.

The Seattle District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the replacement of the granite blocks at Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) located inside the 9-foot tunnel. This project seeks to identify the most cost-effective solutions from the General Contractor (GC) for the repair and replacement of these Hardy granite blocks. The GC will conduct thorough value engineering design analyses and propose methods for executing the repair process, all while considering the work window within the tunnel and providing construction management support.
