Multiple firm-fixed unit price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be established to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) repair and maintenance services across Beckley VA Medical Center, Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center (Clarksburg), Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center (Huntington), and with a surge capacity to service all associated clinics.

The contractor shall furnish all necessary qualified personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, and services to perform the tasks in the Statement of Work prepared for each Task Order. The scope encompasses maintenance, repair, and replacement of the systems below.

An in-person Industry Day will be held on the following dates at each of the 3 VA medical centers as listed below:
