The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, is seeking potential sources to design, fabricate, install, integrate, test and deliver P-8A OFT projection system upgrade solution to the United States Navy (USN) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). This is planned to be a Small Business Set-Aside Commercial Competition.

NAWCTSD is hosting an in-person Industry Day for all interested vendors. Attending individuals must complete and submit Attachment 1, Conference Attendance Sheet. More details below. Industry Day will take place on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 at the following location/address:

The purpose of the Industry Day is for the Government to provide interested vendors with an overview of the draft solicitation package inclusive of Sections L & M and the Statement of Work (SOW). All interested vendors are encouraged to attend.

NAWCTSD intends to conduct Industry Day for this action as an open forum. One-on-one sessions will not be conducted. The purpose of open forums is to allow all interested vendors equal opportunity to openly communicate with the Government by providing comments and inputs during the development of the technical documentation package.
