What:

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) invites contractors to attend the Industry Day event for the USCG OPC Homeport New Pier project. The intent is to provide industry with an overview of the project, answer any reasonable questions, and collect feedback from industry about the project.

Who:

Interested parties for the OPC Homeport Pier project. Both prime and subcontractors are welcomed to attend.

Project Scope:

This project will demolish an existing condemned US Navy pier (1,570’ long x 100’ wide) and construct a new pier (1,000’ long x 80’ wide) for four Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPCs), along with a new bulkhead (360’ long), laydown area, parking, stormwater management, fire/potable water, electrical, telecommunications & compressed air utilities, etc. More detail will be provided during the Industry Day presentation.

Project Cost Range:

$100M – $250M
