INDUSTRY DAY: DDG-51 CLASS MULTI-SHIP SUSTAINMENT PARTNERSHIP (MSSP)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) will host a Virtual Industry Day to discuss the upcoming DDG-51 Class Multi-Ship Sustainment Partnership (MSSP) acquisition.
The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide an overview of the Government’s acquisition strategy and solicit actionable feedback from industry prior to the finalization of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award several Single-Award Contract (SA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to establish a pool of qualified contractors for the emergent and continuous maintenance, modernization, and repair of DDG-51 class ships.
This effort will be administered by the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) in San Diego, CA, and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in Norfolk, VA.
