The primary objective of this Industry Day is to gather valuable feedback from industry partners
on the potential expansion of the existing IDIQ contract to support additional regional locations
within the Bureau of Reclamation’s operational footprint.

We are particularly interested in industry insights related to:

• Fleet readiness and availability
• Logistical capabilities for remote and geographically dispersed sites
• Technical compatibility with government systems
• Rapid response and service delivery

This event will provide an opportunity for participants to engage directly with Reclamation
contracting officials and the technical lead, fostering a collaborative dialogue to help shape the
acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with industry’s best practices.
