Enduring-High Energy Laser (E-HEL) Industry Day
The Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) announces the Enduring-High Energy Laser (E-HEL) Industry Day. This notification serves as a notification for the event. The RCCTO mission is to rapidly and efficiently research, develop, prototype, test, evaluate, procure, transition and field critical enabling technologies and capabilities that address immediate, near-term and mid-term threats.
The purpose of this Industry Day will be to provide an overview of the E-HEL production requirement and gauge industry’s capabilities and interest in participating in the anticipated E-HEL production effort in FY26. This Industry Day Announcement does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future nor does it commit the Government to establish a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The USG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Special Notice or to otherwise pay for the information requested. Further, the RCCTO is not seeking proposals, nor will it accept proposals. This Special Notice is issued for the purpose of informing Industry regarding future contracting plans and soliciting feedback. All costs associated with responding to this announcement or attending the Industry Day will be solely at the respondent/attendee’s expense. Participation in E-HEL Production or any other future RCCTO transaction or procurement opportunity is not contingent upon attending this Industry Day.
The Industry Day is to be held at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, 5030 Bradford Drive, Building 2, Suite 205 in Huntsville, AL 35805 on 30 September 2025 from 0900-1200 Central Standard Time, with doors opening at 0815.
