The Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) is inviting members of the investment and private sector innovation communities to participate in an industry engagement event introducing the Department of the Navy’s recently established Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) in Washington, DC on 09 December 2025, 1300 to 1700 (EST) and in Arlington, VA on 10 December 2025, 0900 to 1200 (EST).

This RCO event will include two related sessions that will cover the Department of the Navy’s (DoN) most pressing challenges, detail the RCO’s collaborative approach with industry to address these needs, and provide information on newly established pathways for engagement with the RCO.
