Defense Information Technology Contract Organization (DITCO)-Scott will host an Industry Day to
conduct additional market research for the United States Air Force (USAF) for the Air Defense
Communications Services (ADCS) 5 acquisition. This acquisition is a re-compete of the existing
ADCS4 contract which expires in March 2027. The expected value of this contract is
approximately $17 million a year, with a base period of two years plus 4 two-year option
periods.

The meeting will be from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 28, 2025 at
the Griffiss Institute Event Center, Side B, 592 Hangar Road, STE 200, Rome, NY. Contractors
attending this industry day event will be limited to two personnel per company due to limited
seating at the facility. A total of 36 seats will be available for industry on a first come, first serve
reservation basis.

The USAF will host site visits at the EADS site on October 28, 2025, and a Radar Site and Radio Site on October 29, 2025. Information regarding these site visits is attached to this announcement.
