This is a SAVE-THE-DATE and RSVP special notice for an in-person industry day event on 11/12 June 2025 (12 June 2025 is reserved for one-on-one carryover) that will be held on or around Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This announcement will be updated NLT 09 May 2025 with the agenda and location. The Advanced Propulsion Division (AFLCMC/LPA) will be hosting this event to brief topics on Propulsion Roadmaps, Propulsion Board of Directors (BoD) outcomes, and the Propulsion Multiple Award Contract Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAC IDIQ) development eƯorts. Industry partners are encouraged to attend and submit any questions or comments they may have prior to or during this forum or one-on-one sessions. Government briefings will be held on the morning of 11 June 2025, with an optional one-onone meeting with Government Integrated Product Team(s) (IPTs) on the afternoon of 11 June with carryover to 12 June depending on the number of industry partners requesting one-on-ones. Each company is limited to three representatives for in person participants.
