The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hosting an Industry Day/Pre-Solicitation Conference on Wednesday, 14 October 2026.  The conference will offer a venue to provide information for an upcoming contracting opportunity, as well an opportunity for a Site Visit.  This event is open to Large, Small and Socio-Economic Businesses who are registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) for the NAICS Code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction).

The Government is planning on issuing a construction solicitation for the design and construction of the Fort McCoy Multipurpose Athletic Field using the Design-Build-to-Budget delivery method.  The Project Description is provided under the “Project Information” section of this announcement.
