The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) will host an Industry Day to brief potential proposers on the objectives of a future Next Generation Hypersonic Cruise Missile (NGHCM) program. This event precedes the planned release of a Program Solicitation (PS). Advance registration is required to attend.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

The NGHCM program aims to design, build, and flight-test a fully integrated system demonstrator. This effort establishes the technical foundation for next-generation capabilities, delivering significant leaps in operational range, cruise speed, and altitude to address advanced threats in highly contested environments. DARPA emphasizes a Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) approach from project inception to establish a clear, realistic path toward affordable, high-rate production.
