Description: Participate in the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s (DCSA) PV Fieldwork Industry Day to explore a significant opportunity to support the Department of War (DoW). This initiative seeks to identify vendors who can provide Personnel Vetting products in accordance with Trusted Workforce 2.0 and the Federal Personnel Vetting Investigative Standards. DCSA is seeking vendors who can demonstrate a flexible, cost-efficient, and high-performance investigative workforce capable of meeting fluctuating workload surge demands. This includes strategic fieldwork optimization by prioritizing scheduling through the lens of capacity, productivity, geography, and risk management to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met.  Contractors will be expected to possess and maintain a Top-Secret facility clearance granted by DCSA.

EVENT OVERVIEW

This Industry Day will be conducted in two parts:

• Part 1 (Virtual Briefing): Monday, June 15, 2026 – 9:00AM -10:30AM EDT

A general virtual session (MS Teams) to present the Requirement and Fieldwork Contracts Draft Architecture (Attachment 1).  A link will be provided to registered participants.

• Part 2 (One-on-One Sessions): Monday, June 22, 2026 – 9:00AM – 4:00PM EDT

Optional hybrid individual sessions (In-Person: 131 Rebecca Lane, Slippery Rock, PA 16057, or Virtual) for vendors to discuss proprietary or sensitive approaches.  Slots are available in 45-minute increments (i.e., 9:00AM-9:45AM, 10:00AM-10:45AM, etc.).  Session time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible vendors who request a session during registration.
