CONDITION BASED MAINTENANCE PLUS (CBM+) INDUSTRY DAY
The Automatic Test Systems (ATS) Team, Product Manager Maintenance Support Systems (PdM MSS), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) will host a Virtual Industry Day on 8 January 2026 from 9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. EST via Microsoft Teams focused on Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+). The Industry Day will consist of an overview briefing from the ATS team on the requirement, the planned acquisition approach and a one-hour question and answer period.
MARCORSYSCOM has a requirement to operationalize CBM+ as a maintenance strategy for ground platforms across the USMC. CBM+ is a transformational concept that changes the approach of equipment management, readiness reporting, maintenance, and logistics to a data driven Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) enabled process using data analytics as the foundation to influence action. The CBM+ process starts with collecting data that is transferred, stored, analyzed and ends with visualized data to support decision making. The goal of the program is to improve material readiness and reduce lifecycle cost of systems and components. It also aims to improve logistics requirements forecasting for more responsive support capability across the battlefield.
MARCORSYSCOM is seeking a single contract solution to collect, transmit, store, analyze, and visualize data from ground platform Controller Area Network (CAN) Bus, Global Combat Support System-Marine-Corps (GCSS-MC), Expeditionary Fluid Analysis System (EFAS), operating data, and other sensors and data sources as they become available. Other data sets are expected to be added as they become available. Solutions must protect Government data and information from unauthorized disclosure at every phase of the process.
