RAIL MOUNTED CRANE INDUSTRY DAY
The U.S. Coast Guard – Baltimore invites industry representatives to attend an Industry Day at 9:00 AM EST on 13 January 2026 for a project overview and site visit at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard. One-on-one sessions will be held with U.S. Coast Guard technical representatives the same day. The purpose of this event is to provide a forum for engaging industry experts to obtain detailed information regarding rail-mounted crane capabilities and how your business can contribute to this mission to support the U.S. Coast Guard.

To enter the facility, a current and valid REAL ID will be required. Additionally, attendees are requested to bring their own eye protection, hard hat, and (preferably) steel-toed boots. However, closed-toed shoes are acceptable.
Project Details: The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement to improve the waterfront infrastructure at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard located in Baltimore, Maryland to plan for the maintenance and repair of a new class of cutters. The requirement includes the installation of new rail-mounted cranes to service these cutters at three designated piers.
