Defense Media Activity intends on holding an in-person Industry Week from 12-15 January 2026 at Fort Meade, MD. Vendors interested in attending the industry days must request in writing no later than Monday, 22 December 2025 at 5:00PM EST to attend Industry Week through the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by submitting your request to colette.b.jones.civ@mail.mil and thomas.j.brown314.civ@mail.mil. Late requests will not be accepted. The times will be provided to interested parties in presenting their potential solutions and product demonstrations to the scope listed above. Vendors who sign up for industry days will be contacted separately with the date and time of their presentation. If your company has already signed up for the original industry days, if you are still interested in attending, please resubmit your request to attend.
