The Industry Day is scheduled to be held on December 03 & 04, 2025 in-person at the West Los Angeles VAMC.  December 03, 2025, will consist of an overall project brief, followed by a guided walking tour of relevant campus locations.  It is anticipated Day 1 will not exceed four hours total.  December 04, 2025, will consist of 30 minute one on one sessions scheduled between 0800am to 1230pm.   Details on meetup locations for Day 1 & Day 2 activities will be provided prior to December 03, 2025.  Firms will be limited to two attendees; at least one attendee must have a technical background who can answer Government questions regarding capabilities.
