The Air Force Research Lab, Optical Radiation Bioeffects Branch (AFRL/RHDO) will be hosting an
Industry Day, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This event will support the
“Continuing Human Enabling, Enhancing, Restoring and Sustaining (CHEERS)” Multiple Authority
Announcement (MAA) #FA2384-24-S-2233; specifically, the technical requirements of the Bioeffects
Division found within section 3.0 of the CHEERS MAA Technical Requirements – Statement of
Objectives.

Purpose: Provide an Optical Radiation Bioeffects Branch overview to include program overview briefs,
lab tours, discussions and Q&A sessions.

Industry Day Schedule:
0800 – 0815 Arrival at the Tri-Service Research Laboratory (TSRL) Security/ Badging
0815 – 0845 Program Overview
0845 – 0900 Break
0900 – 1030 Lab Tours
1030 – 1130 Open Q&A session
1130 – 1145 Closing Remarks
1145 – 1300 Lunch Break
1300 – 1600 Private Q & A Session
**The group portion of Industry Day will conclude at 1145 following closing remarks. If
requested, a company may schedule a 15-minute private Q&A session which would then resume
after the lunch break.
