USCG Virtual Industry Day – Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS)

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Program Executive Officer  (PEO) for Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) will be holding a Virtual Industry Day event to engage with industry about the USCG’s needs relating to a potential upcoming requirement(s) and obtain information from industry as the USCG continues to seek a holistic approach to implementing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) throughout the service with an immediate focus on rapidly deployable and adaptable C-UAS solutions for fixed, mobile, and temporary deployments to secure critical infrastructure and high-profile events.  This is a follow-on to the USCG PEO RAS’s previously published Request for Information (RFI) that preliminarily describes the USCG’s needs related to implementing C-UAS capabilities and solutions throughout the service. The previously published RFI is attached to this Special Notice for reference purposes.

Virtual Industry Day and One-on-One Sessions

One-on-one meetings will be held from 2 September through 5 September 2025. There will be approximately 24 time slots available for one-on-one sessions.  Each appointment is limited to 35 minutes. Your confirmed one-on-one time will be included as a follow-on email to your registration confirmation. Late registrations will be accepted, but early registrants will receive priority consideration for their preferred time slots.

The purpose of these one-on-one sessions is to gather objective feedback, foster open dialogue, and obtain information from industry as the USCG continues to seek a holistic approach to implementing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) throughout the service with an immediate focus on rapidly deployable and adaptable C-UAS solutions for fixed, mobile, and temporary deployments to secure critical infrastructure and high-profile events  and to foster open dialogue.
