PMS 451 will host an Industry Day for potential future offerors for Lead Maintenance Activities for the Full DDG MOD 2.0 DMP Availabilities beginning in FY29. The intent of this engagement is to provide offerors insight into the details that DDG MOD 2.0 installations will entail and to receive feedback from industry to inform program planning. PMS 451 will provide interested participants with a list of specific Requests For Information (RFIs) approximately three (3) weeks prior to the Industry Day with the intent to review RFI responses one-on-one with potential offerors.

PMS 451 is seeking responses from companies that already possess a current NAVSEA Master Ship Repair (MSR) Agreement and that can perform dry-dock and pier-side maintenance, repair, and alterations of the scope anticipated for the Full DDG MOD 2.0 DMP Availabilities. Companies that do not already possess a NAVSEA MSR agreement may participate if they intend to have such an agreement in place and expect to be able to perform the scope of work anticipated for these availabilities prior to the first scheduled availability in FY 2029.
