The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District will host an in-person, four (4) day Industry Day on 5 October – 8 October 2025. The Kuwait Industry Day will be open to all industry representatives whose companies can provide construction services. The tentative agenda will include check-in on the first day of the event (starting at 0730), as well as the opportunity for attendees to sign up for several one-on-one meetings with the Government to answer any questions Industry participants would not want to ask in a public forum. The first day will be from 0900-1530, the second and third day will be from 0800-1530, and the final day will be comprised of several 15-minute-long one-on-one question & answer (Q&A) sessions with USACE personnel. The location will be in Kuwait, a more exact location will be provided to all who have signed up to attend prior to the event start date.

There will be several breaks scheduled throughout each day as well as a scheduled lunch break.

The objective of this event is to enhance USACE and Industry collaboration in current and future military construction projects in Kuwait. Industry will have a glimpse of the current and upcoming program opportunities in Kuwait, allowing for Industry to have a better understanding and be better prepared for the work ahead. Also, other select topics may be presented and there will be an opportunity to openly discuss any questions, comments, concerns, and best practices contractors have about working in the Kuwait during the Q&A session.
