Refund Policy for In-Person Training Tickets 1. Cancellation & Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to pundits@pulsegovcon.com no later than 30 days before the training date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before the training will receive a 50% refund. 2. Transfer & Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. 3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future session. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If the new date is not suitable, a refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the reschedule announcement. 4. No-Show Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 5. Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies), refund policies will be adjusted accordingly, and attendees will be notified of available options.
