The Pulse was thrilled to contribute to the 2023 Acquisition Research Symposium hosted by the Naval Postgraduate School in May. Our submission to the conference proceedings included a deep dive into the state of DoD’s acquisition workforce, what unique authorities are available to them, and how DoD can better train contracting officials for agility.
