Bruce Feldman, joined Procurement Sciences (PSci) in 2025 as an AI Platform Strategist, to help connect the PSci roadmap and strategy with the GovCon BD user community and also provide technical sales support. Prior to joining PSci, Feldman was a Vice President, AI and Managing Director for their Artificial Intelligence practice for Lohfeld Consulting. He was also the Lead Instructor for Lohfeld classes in using Generative Artificial Intelligence for capture and proposal development.

Feldman has over 30 years experience in GovCon business development, capture, proposal development, and executive leadership. Before joining Lohfeld in 2023, he was the Senior Vice President for Business Development for SAIC’s $3B National Security and Space Sector. Feldman came to SAIC in the 2019 acquisition of Engility where he was Chief Growth Officer. He held business development executive leadership roles since 2008 with Engility, TASC, QinetiQ North America, and GCI, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics IT. He retired from the Air Force Reserve in 2013 as a Lt Col, with reserve assignments at DISA and the National Military Command Center and active duty assignments at Space and Missile Systems Center and the National Security Agency. He has extensive background in capture management and proposal development with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

Feldman has a MSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BSEE from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a BA in Chemistry from Yale University. He has been APMP Foundation certified, PMI Program Management Professional certified, and a NSA-certified cryptologic engineer, and was an accredited teacher who taught high school science for two years before entering the Air Force.
